Our co-created partnership offers a safe place to explore possibilities with unconditional support and accountability. Together we’ll design practical strategies to help you define and achieve your own particular brand of balance and peace of mind.

You will benefit from my 6-step life balance process:

1.   Clarify what stress relief, balance, and peace of mind look like for you. Discover exactly what it is you really want and why.

2.   Transform your vision into reality. Divide your vision up into manageable pieces. Create specific goals for each piece. Design a step-by-step action plan for achieving each part of your vision.

3.   Identify obstacles that get in your way and resources that support you.

4.   Design strategies to overcome the obstacles and take advantage of the resources.

5.   Stay the course and be inspired to keep taking action on your plan through our coaching sessions.

6.   Learn the eleven principles of my exclusive life design system, The Spirit First Way for Women, a practice you can use again and again to restore balance and peace of mind to your daily activities.

How it works:

We begin with the complimentary consultation. You’ll know right away if there’s a good fit between us that can work to your advantage.

Next, we’ll engage in a 90-minute Intake Session to talk about our partnership, your Print® Survey Online Personal Assessment results and your goals for our coaching relationship.

Then we’ll collaborate on your customized coaching plan, based on what fits your needs and lifestyle. The result will be strategies, structures and support that empower you to consistently advance toward your goals.

We’ll meet in person or by phone, during the first three weeks of the month, at scheduled appointment times.

Working by phone offers you the opportunity to benefit from our relationship no matter where you are located and regardless of your travel schedule. My clients say they enjoy the convenience that our telephone coaching provides.

To foster your progress between sessions, we’ll stay in touch by email throughout the month. I also encourage 15-minute check-in calls to celebrate your wins or develop immediate strategies when needed.

Most clients work with me for a period of six months or more. A minimum commitment of three months is requested in order to get the most out of the process and create the life-changing results you deserve.
